Management of payments to suppliers and freight carriers. ### **Information** * Employment Type: Full-time * Salary: $16,000 to $18,000 MXN \- Monthly * Category: Logistics / Transportation / Distribution * Education: Technical High School Diploma ### **Description** A commercial company distributing fruits and vegetables in Baja California to supermarkets. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Manage departures for local and intercity routes. * Coordinate activities of intercity route drivers. * Administer and monitor internal and external GPS systems. * Process payment requests to suppliers. * Control wholesale route costs. * Manage pallet transfer payments with branch freight carriers. * Supervise payment of cargo loading/unloading permits at branches. * Generate vehicle dispatch forms for cargo delivery units. * Coordinate intercity routes for cargo loading. * Conduct checklists requiring driver signatures. * Handle incidents involving damaged goods and assign corresponding charges. **Education:** * High school diploma or technical high school diploma in Administration or related field. * Flexible availability for scheduling. **Experience:** * 2 years in a similar position. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Quality control. * Document digitization. * Report generation. * Excel proficiency. * Computer operation. **AFTERNOON SHIFT (1 PM to 9 PM)**
