Receives product, unpacks, reconciles serial numbers and records in DHR. 2 Captures process results and batches used in the product. 2 Records component serial numbers used in the process in DHR, prints and attaches the sodium hypochlorite solution preparation result, signing and dating each document. 2 Transports decontaminated equipment to the production line using a Taylor Dunn vehicle. 2 Requests quality department to record movement in the system (IFS) for decontaminated equipment. 2 Reports to quality leader or designated person and segregates service equipment infested with pests or physical damage. 2/3 Performs decontamination, cleaning and draining process for products returned for service. 2/3 Executes tasks assigned by immediate supervisor according to departmental and company needs.
