Validate contractor work Grupo Cosmopolitan is seeking a Maintenance Technician: **Job Responsibilities:** 1\. Maintain operational conditions (building, facility, electrical installation, hydraulic system, pumping systems). 2\. Maintain proper functioning of departmental auxiliary furniture and equipment (shower, sanitary fixtures, lounge area, rooms, kitchen, dining area, and common areas). 3\. Validate work delivered by contractors (glass, shower enclosures, doors, waterproofing, building expansion and/or modification, motors, pumps, electrical installations, and civil works). **Required Knowledge:** * Basic finishing details (patching, drywall handling, painting, simple welding repairs). * Low-voltage electrical installations * Basic plumbing * Area cleaning. **Benefits:** * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits * ***Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $16,000.00 per month Experience: * General Maintenance: 1 year (Mandatory) * Tile Installation: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
