Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to cover a maternity leave, responsible for preparing meals according to dietary requirements, organizing their work area, and providing customer service. Efficient collaboration with the Chef and kitchen team. **TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE** **Job Description** * Prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner according to patient dietary requirements. * Prepare salads and fresh juices. * Perform cleaning and organization of their work area. * Shift supervision. * Perform mise en place. * Customer service. * Dining hall service according to the role assigned for the day. **Experience:** * Meal preparation. * Knowledge of NOM-251 and NMX-F-605. * Waste management. * Proper use of major and minor equipment. * Personnel management. * Efficient communication between Chef and kitchen staff. **Requirements:** * High school diploma, bachelor's degree, or technical degree in gastronomy (preferred). **Schedule:** * Afternoon shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM / Day off on Friday. **Work Location:** Oasis Hospital, located in Playas de Tijuana, facing Plaza Monumental de Toros, Playas de Tijuana. **We Offer:** Base salary of $24,689.09 MXN gross per month (paid weekly) + savings fund + benefits exceeding legal requirements + direct employment contract + uniforms + parking + one free meal and coffee.
