Direct customer advisory and support **GRUPO TRUPER and Fix Stores**, a company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of tools with nationwide coverage, is looking for: **Electromechanical Technician (for tool repair)** As a repair technician for electric and combustion-powered tools, you will be responsible for supporting maintenance and repair of chainsaws, drills, polishers, lawn mowers, pumps, generators, etc., as well as providing technical support to our customers to improve their tool usage. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance * Experience in repairing tools, household appliances, or related fields * Experience in customer service * Availability to work Monday through Saturday (8-hour shifts) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service, including receiving equipment, performing diagnostics, conducting repairs, and returning equipment * In-store customer advisory on the sales floor * Cleaning and organizing the workplace, as well as common branch areas (rotated weekly) * Inventory control * Preparing operational reports **WE OFFER:** * Starting at $15,500 monthly (paid weekly on Fridays) * 100% IMSS registration * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Punctuality bonus * Productivity bonus (in addition to base salary) * Transportation allowance: $600 monthly * Grocery vouchers: $600 monthly * Anniversary bonus * Life insurance * Savings fund * Savings box * Professional and career growth SERVICE LOCATION: **Blvd. Alberto Limón Padilla 19233\-1 A B, Cd Industrial, 22444 Tijuana, B.C.** Don’t hesitate—apply now to begin your process!
