Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a BIM modeler with experience in electromechanical systems, focused on Revit and project documentation, and available for travel. Key Highlights: 1. BIM modeling LOD 500+ of electromechanical systems in Revit. 2. Experience in hydraulic, sanitary, and water treatment projects. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Autodesk software, and LEED knowledge. Description and details of responsibilities: * Creation of electromechanical system models in REVIT platform, LOD 500 or higher * Documentation in REVIT * Drafting of drawings, working sketches, and preparation of information for design * Producing required drawings and models for the project; correctly interpreting drawings and mastering scale usage * Material quantity takeoff and bill of materials (B.O.M) generation * Interference reports * Shared model management * Drawing verification and tracking * Family and system modeling (Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Instrumentation, and/or Telecom) Experience and Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in electromechanical system modeling. * Proficiency in LOD level 500 or higher. * Minimum 3 years of prior BIM experience in hydraulic and sanitary projects. * Availability for travel. * FIELD EXPERIENCE IN MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS * EXPERIENCE IN WATER TREATMENT * AUTO CAD \-SOLIDWORKS DESIRABLE * AUTO DESCK * CLOUD MANAGEMENT SKILLS * LEED KNOWLEDGE * Languages: Intermediate English proficiency.
