Description

At **Taller Acimut**, we are seeking a **BIM Modeler** with strong technical skills and a high degree of organization to develop BIM models in Revit based on pre-defined designs. This position focuses on **executive development, project coordination, and documentation**, adhering to BIM standards and clearly defined workflows. You will work closely with the **BIM Supervisor and Project Manager**, contributing to real-world architecture and construction projects within an environment that fosters **professional growth in BIM** and continuous improvement. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field** (graduated or currently completing studies). * Demonstrable training or certification in **BIM / Revit**. **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in **Autodesk Revit** (mandatory). * Ability to develop BIM models at **LOD 200–400**. * Knowledge of **construction drawings** and construction criteria. * Familiarity with **AutoCAD** for consultation and technical support. * Basic knowledge of the following is desirable: * Navisworks (review and coordination) * Quantity takeoffs from the model * BIM standards and collaborative workflows (ISO 19650 is a plus) **Management and Organization** * Organized management of files, naming conventions, and versions. * Experience working with **CDEs** (Dropbox, Google Drive, BIM 360, or others). * Ability to follow **internal guidelines and standards**. **Personal Skills** * High level of **organization and attention to detail**. * Ability to **interpret designs** and convert them into technical models. * Strong communication skills to report observations or inconsistencies. * Responsibility toward deadlines and commitment to quality. **Desired Profile** * Interest in professional growth within the **BIM field**. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Teamwork orientation and openness to technical feedback. * No conceptual design experience required.
