We are currently seeking a **Coach S – Annex 24** to join our Customs Compliance department and lead IMMEX inventory management, ensuring compliance with applicable customs and tax regulations.
Position Objective:
Ensure accurate control and compliance of the Annex 24 system through IMMEX inventory administration and reconciliation, guaranteeing adherence to applicable customs and tax regulations, minimizing operational risks, and supporting the continuity of the company’s international trade operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the administration and operation of the Annex 24 system\.
* Perform reconciliations among Annex 24, ERP, and Data Stage.
* Supervise and validate inventory downloads and movements in Annex 24\.
* Generate operational and regulatory reports required by operations.
* Ensure compliance with provisions established in Annex 24, Annex 30, and IMMEX.
* Supervise documentary control related to international trade operations.
* Coordinate the operational team and track completion of activities, KPIs, and departmental objectives.
* Identify, analyze, and correct operational risks or incidents related to inventories and customs compliance.
* Select, develop, and promote high-performing talent ("A Players"), ensuring effective recruitment, evaluation, and competency development processes.
* Ensure and foster a safe, inclusive workplace aligned with organizational culture and company values, promoting effective communication, mutual respect, and leadership by example.
* Guarantee continuous training for personnel under their responsibility, ensuring they remain up-to-date on processes, policies, and applicable regulations related to their functions.
* Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department within the quality management system, promoting standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement.
* Conduct and document CRRs (Career Review Reports) for the team under their supervision, ensuring timely performance tracking, talent development, and achievement of individual and group goals.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements related to international trade.
* Participate in internal and external audits, responding to requests and ensuring availability of supporting information and documentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in roles related to Annex 24, IMMEX, customs compliance, or inventory control.
* Experience leading teams.
* Solid knowledge of: Annex 24, Annex 22, Annex 30, IMMEX, inventory control, Data Stage.
* Database management skills.
* Advanced Excel.
* Experience in international trade and customs.
* Basic\-Intermediate English (A2\).
* Analytical ability, organizational skills, and focus on regulatory compliance.
Salary: $12,345\.00 \- $12,346\.00 per month
