




Description and details of activities **Main Responsibilities** * Perform electronic, mechanical, and functional failure analysis on non-conforming products from production, customers, or internal testing. * Apply destructive and non-destructive analysis techniques (microscopy, visual inspection, X-ray, SEM, FTIR, electrical testing). * Document findings with technical reports and photographic evidence. * Participate in customer complaint investigations and internal non-conformances (NCRs). * Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Design Engineers to propose and validate corrective and preventive actions. * Be part of problem-solving teams using 8D, DMAIC, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys methodologies. * Maintain traceability and control of samples under analysis. * Develop and update analysis procedures, test protocols, and databases for recurring failures. * Comply with applicable regulations and standards (ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, GMP). Experience and requirements **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Engineering degree (Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Biomedical or related field). **Languages:** * Intermediate English (technical reading essential). **Experience:** * 2 to 4 years in failure analysis within industrial environments (preferably in medical devices). **Technical knowledge:** * Optical and electron microscopy. * Physical-chemical analysis techniques (desirable). * Interpretation of electrical and mechanical diagrams. * Reading electronic component datasheets. * Image capture and analysis software (Keyence, SEM software). * Knowledge of IPC, ISO standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Personal skills:** * Effective communication. * Flexibility and adaptability. * Initiative. * Teamwork.
