




Hardware Retail Company: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Retail Purchasing Manager** to join our team. As a **Purchasing Manager**, you will be responsible for *leading and developing effective purchasing strategies* that drive the *growth and profitability* of our company in the retail sector. **Responsibilities**: •Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives. •Analyze and optimize purchasing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. •Manage and supervise a team of up to 12 people, providing guidance and support for their growth and development. •Establish and monitor KPIs to measure team and purchasing process performance. •Negotiate with suppliers and partners to obtain the best prices and conditions. •Identify cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement within the purchasing process. **Requirements**: •5 years of experience in the retail sector, preferably in managerial or purchasing coordination roles. •Experience managing teams and leadership. •Excellent negotiation and communication skills. •Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. •Knowledge of KPIs and purchasing performance metrics. •Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
