Requirements: * Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree in Administrative fields, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines * Minimum 2 years of experience * Knowledge of procurement of spare parts, tools, and maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, etc.) * Age: between 28 and 35 years old * Gender: Indifferent * Proficiency in administrative tools (Excel, ERP; SAP B1 desirable). * Basic knowledge of regulations governing procurement and contracts. Responsibilities: * Full management of the purchasing process, from receipt and validation of requisitions from maintenance and operations departments to delivery of spare parts/equipment and/or completion of services. * Ensure compliance with periodic maintenance policies. * Warranty tracking. * Identify and qualify new suppliers that guarantee availability, reliability, and technical compliance. * Negotiate competitive terms regarding price, quality, and delivery timelines. * Market price analysis. * Maintain updated records and documentation in the ERP system. * Support audits and internal processes with purchasing, contract, and supplier information.
