Description and details of activities * **Monitor inventories** according to the forecast of national items. * Prepare **sales reports** (Sell\-In / Sell\-Out) by product and channel. * **Plan and manage purchase and production orders** (national and international suppliers). * Conduct **monthly market research** to evaluate competitiveness in products, prices, and conditions. * **Coordinate with Operations** for timely delivery and handling of products. * **Evaluate and report suppliers** monthly to the Purchasing Management. * **Support new product launches** in collaboration with other departments. * Provide **follow-up on payments** for national suppliers together with Finance. * Prepare **monthly expense reports**, reflecting savings achieved. * Generate **backorder reports** for national suppliers. * Collaborate with **Engineering and Quality** to report defects in supplier products. Experience and requirements * **Experience:** 2 to 3 years in the position. * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in International Business, Engineering, or related field. * **Systems:** Knowledge of APICS, CPIM (plus), ERP systems, and MS Office. * **Languages:** Intermediate level English. * **Skills:** Communication and negotiation.
