Assist buyers, update reports, and guarantee compliance with safety and environmental policies. **Job Responsibilities:** * Follow up with the local supplier to confirm the shipment date of the order and ensure it aligns with our production plan * Monitor and track order progress, guarantee timely delivery. Communicate with suppliers to resolve potential delays or discrepancies * Assist with buyer assignments * Update reports * Adhere to necessary safety measures to prevent accidents, occupational illnesses, and environmental incidents within the company * Comply with Safety, Health, and Environmental controls established in the company's RIT * The aforementioned responsibilities may vary or expand according to instructions from company directors based on organizational needs.
