Description and details of activities **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Supervise, coordinate and execute the maintenance, repair and fabrication of molds for rotational molding and thermoforming processes, as well as auxiliary tools and fixtures, ensuring their functionality, durability and operational efficiency. Lead a multidisciplinary technical team across plants, ensure quality in machining, welding, polishing, technical cleaning tasks, and provide technical support for new product and mold projects. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise, plan and coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities (including minor and major repairs of molds and fixtures) within estimated time and cost, meeting quality standards. * Coordinate and assign work plan activities according to production and planning priorities, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance system orders. * Lead a multidisciplinary technical team skilled in CNC Machining (Lathe and Milling), TIG and MIG welding (mainly aluminum), manual polishing and finishing, sandblasting and ice blasting.
