Rotational molding molds: design, materials, ventilation, closures, coatings, welding, tolerances. Thermoforming molds (composites): preparation, geometry, temperature resistance and deformation. Workshop processes: machining, assembly, grinding, functional testing. TIG/MIG welding techniques on aluminum and stainless steel. Metrology, interpretation of 2D/3D drawings. Preventive/corrective maintenance management. Basic to intermediate knowledge of rotational molding process (cycle times, temperatures, common issues). ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) for work order tracking.
**CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES**
SolidWorks or AutoCAD, Predictive Maintenance (PDM), TPM, Six Sigma (Green Belt) – Desirable.
