




**Requirements:** * Generate, manage, and publish reports in Power BI * Extract information from reports from various sources (Excel, CSV, SQL Server, SharePoint, Google Sheets, internet, among others). * Data modeling and transformation * Intermediate knowledge of DAX language. * Development of measures and calculated columns, for example: SUM, CALCULATE, COUNTROWS, simple filters, etc. * Use of filters, slicers, and design of visualizations following best practices. * Use of Power Query (M) for data cleaning: removal of duplicates, derived columns, combining sources. * Building small and medium-sized data models with simple relationships. * SQL (Basic\-Intermediate) * Basic queries: SELECT, filters, simple joins. * Extracting information to feed reports. * Excel * Pivot tables, nested formulas, advanced lookup. * Basic macro knowledge desirable. * Basic knowledge of Python for data transformation. * General understanding of ETL/ELT concepts. * Familiarity with cloud storage (Azure/SQL Database). **Activities:** * Develop operational and executive dashboards in Power BI with KPIs to provide visibility to the organization and facilitate decision-making. * Gather and document requirements with key users from various departments to generate dashboards. * Analyze and understand the organization's business cycles to identify KPIs and information that users need to visualize and optimize. * Manage issues related to information flow. * Walk through processes with users to identify improvement opportunities. * Collaborate on documentation of dashboards to facilitate explanations to end users. * Validate dashboards together with users to ensure information is complete and accurate. * Contribute to the organization's continuous improvement culture by proposing ideas for process and information flow enhancements. * Provide guidance to users on tool usage and newly developed reports. **Requirement**: **Hard Skills:** * Good level of proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query technologies * Effective communication: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users. * Active listening and empathy: Identify real customer needs and propose viable solutions. * Requirements documentation: Translating business objectives into user stories or BI specifications. * Presentation of deliverables: Ability to present dashboards and KPIs, explaining their value in decision-making. * Confidence and direct interaction: Can conduct requirement gathering sessions with basic autonomy, always supported by a senior profile. **Soft Skills:** * Proactivity in solving problems and proposing report improvements. * Organization and teamwork ability. * Adaptability to interact with different business areas. * Results-oriented and continuous improvement focus.
