Analyzes metrics to identify business opportunities. **Lead Execution Analyst** Location: Tijuana **Position Mission:** The Lead Execution Analyst ensures the effective execution of product visibility and display strategies at assigned points of sale (POS), guaranteeing compliance with brand standards and comprehensive sector coverage. Their primary responsibility is to coordinate and supervise the merchandiser team, validating correct task execution, inventory management, out-of-stock resolution, and expired product control. To achieve this, they maintain strict tracking of routes and coverage across all mapped POS. Additionally, they analyze operational, sales, and competitive metrics to identify opportunities and generate actions that drive business growth. They possess strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills at POS, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure achievement of both qualitative and quantitative objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Validate store information (store ID, active stores, openings) for assigned POS to develop the route plan and ensure loading into the planning system (route planning platform). * Ensure implementation of merchandiser activities (essentials, displays, availability monitoring, and sales tracking). * Comprehensively manage the merchandiser team, handling incidents, absences, vacations, turnover, vacancies, gender balance metrics, etc. * Conduct POS visits according to the route plan and assigned frequencies to identify opportunities, review competition, and assess correct execution of standards (check\-out, Tasty, WHO code, Angel alarms). * Analyze key sector metrics (displays, essentials, sales, categories, stagnant inventory, and targets). Review effectiveness of previous visits and consult relevant reports (Mi Tienda, stockouts, Perfect Store, Orígenes). * Prepare corrective actions and execution plans for each visit, ensuring optimal performance. **What Will Make You Successful?** * 1–2 years of experience in commercial areas. * Completed degree or nearing graduation: Engineering, Business Administration, quantitative, commercial, or related fields. * Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency. * Database analysis skills. * Experience supervising large merchandiser, promoter, or point-of-sale sales teams. * Ability to plan routes, monitor performance, and ensure full POS coverage.
