Job Description and Responsibilities
A growing dietary supplement company in Tijuana is seeking an **Inventory Analyst**, a key role to ensure material accuracy, control, and traceability, directly supporting productive operational continuity.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
* Validate and control system transactions (receipts, issuances, and consumption)
* Analyze discrepancies between physical and system inventory
* Monitor expiration dates to prevent spoilage
* Manage inventory levels (maximum and minimum)
* Generate reports and track variances
* Control consumables inventory
* Ensure batch-level material traceability
Experience and Requirements
**Requirements:**
* 2–3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
* Experience in cycle counting and discrepancy analysis
* Intermediate Excel proficiency
* ERP experience (Odoo preferred)
* Knowledge of FIFO (First-In, First-Out)
* High attention to detail and analytical mindset
