DE C.V. is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in Cañon Del Padre \- Tijuana, Baja California** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Main Responsibilities * Monitor employee performance evaluations * Manage KPIs and uniform distribution * Conduct organizational onboarding sessions * Issue and deliver employee credentials * Prepare quotations and expense verifications for events * Implement RIT (Recruitment, Induction, and Training) * Manage employee hires and terminations in SuccessFactors system * Monitor timekeeping devices, attendance records, and absences * Enforce internal policies and regulations * Assign and request position-specific training for employees undergoing development * Review and manage contract expiration dates * Support reception-related activities * Participate in organizational events We are located at Parque Industrial Prologis Alamar, *At GRUMA and its divisions, recruitment and selection processes are free of charge and fully covered by the company.
