Analyzes key performance indicators to identify business opportunities. **Execution Lead Analyst** Location: Tijuana **Position Mission:** The Execution Lead Analyst ensures the effective execution of product visibility and display strategies at assigned points of sale, guaranteeing compliance with brand standards and comprehensive sector coverage. Their primary responsibility is to coordinate and supervise the merchandiser team, validating correct task execution, inventory management, out-of-stock resolution, and expired product control. To achieve this, they maintain strict tracking of routes and coverage across all mapped points of sale. Additionally, they analyze operational, sales, and competitive indicators to identify opportunities and implement actions that drive business growth. They possess strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills at points of sale, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure achievement of both qualitative and quantitative objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Validate point-of-sale information (store ID, active stores, openings) for route planning and ensure accurate upload into the scheduling system (route planning platform). * Ensure implementation of merchandiser activities (essentials, displays, availability monitoring, and sales tracking). * Manage the merchandiser team holistically, handling incidents, absences, vacations, turnover, vacancies, gender balance metrics, etc. * Conduct point-of-sale visits according to scheduled routes and frequencies to identify opportunities, review competition, and assess compliance with standards (check\-out, Tasty, WHO code, Angel alarms). * Analyze key sector indicators (displays, essentials, sales, categories, stagnant inventory, and targets). Review effectiveness of prior visits and consult relevant reports (Mi Tienda, stockouts, Tienda Perfecta, Orígenes). * Prepare corrective actions and execution plans for each visit, ensuring optimal performance. **What Will Make You Successful?** * 1–2 years of experience in commercial roles. * Completed or ongoing degree: Engineering, Business Administration, quantitative/commercial fields, or related disciplines. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Database analysis skills. * Experience supervising large merchandiser, promoter, or point-of-sale sales teams. * Ability to plan routes, monitor performance, and ensure full point-of-sale coverage.
