We are seeking a Data \& Reporting Analyst to join our technology team in Tijuana. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing reports and dashboards that guide business decisions. If you are passionate about transforming data into clear insights, work proficiently with advanced Excel, and already integrate AI tools into your daily workflow, this role is for you. **Responsibilities** * Design and maintain advanced Excel dashboards for various business areas * Build weekly and monthly executive reports with accurate, actionable information * Clean, validate, and model data using Power Query and advanced formulas * Use AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or others) to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive tasks * Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in data, and clearly present findings to stakeholders **Essential Requirements** * 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or Business Intelligence * Advanced Excel: Power Query, pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas * Daily use of AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) applied to work tasks * Intermediate English (reading documentation and written communication) * High numerical accuracy and attention to detail — an incorrect data point is not acceptable **Desirable** *(not essential)* * Experience with Power BI or Tableau * Basic SQL knowledge **Why join us?** We are a technology company in Tijuana with a dynamic, results-oriented team.
