Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring optimal operation and maintenance of the delivery unit, performing deliveries, managing cargo, and providing customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance and cleaning of the delivery unit. 2. Manage the cargo logbook and delivery of serial numbers. 3. Provide in-person and telephone customer service and support. **Responsibilities:** Ensure proper operation of the delivery unit before each departure (oil level, fuel, coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, tires, etc.). Report any detected failures in the delivery unit promptly and accurately. Maintenance and cleaning of the delivery unit. Verify the scheduled route and ensure optimal routing. Report incidents occurring during deliveries. Maintain the logbook of delivered cargo. Deliver cargo serial numbers. Load and unload cargo at the warehouse. Organize and count inventory cargo. Provide in-person and telephone customer service and support for delivery follow-up. Support branch maintenance and cleaning. **Requirements:** Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position. \- Knowledge of preventive maintenance for heavy-duty diesel vehicles. \- Knowledge of operating standard diesel vehicles. \- Knowledge of GPS and Android/IOS mobile devices. Education: Minimum incomplete high school education. **Class B Driver's License** Skills: Customer service and support. **Salary and Benefits:** Salary: $3,982\.29 gross weekly. Schedule: \- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Benefits: \- Statutory benefits.
