Job Summary: This role involves ensuring supplier compliance with quality standards, monitoring performance, assisting in corrective actions, and implementing quality system enhancements. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure supplier compliance and monitor their performance 2. Implement improvements in the quality system and customer satisfaction 3. Technical support, process development, and PPAP validation Description and details of responsibilities * Assure supplier compliance to the Supplier Quality Manual and regulatory requirements. * Monitoring and reporting supplier performance. * Follow up together with SDE on supplier qualification and disqualification. * Assist in communicating Corrective Action reports to internal and external customers. * Follow up together with QE on the disposition of material rejected due to the SCAR process. * Recommend and implement enhancements to the quality system that result in improved quality, increased customer satisfaction, and/or simplification of processes (Best Practices) to reduce costs. * Assist in the development of processes and procedures to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. * Provide technical support for and continually review processes, equipment, and related operations. * PPAP Validation, approve and support QE with the interaction with supplier to submit PPAP documents for new product launches to meet customer requirements including FMEA’s, process flow diagrams, control plans, gauge R\&R and capability studies. * Knowledge of systematic problem\-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, and communicating to assist in resolving quality issues. * Assist in preparing work instructions, procedures and other quality system documents. * Follow up on monthly supplier metrics (OTD / PPM / FTQ). * Assist manufacturing plants with supplier visits / meetings when a major / critical / recurrent problem occurs. * Develop / Maintain Supplier Best Practices log for supplier sharing. * Assist in updating supplier contacts. * Follow up and control of supplier parts regarding Conflict of Minerals / REACH / RoHS / Prop 65. * Comply with internal regulations, policies and code of conduct of Human Resources.
