




Job Summary: This role involves ensuring supplier compliance, monitoring performance, assisting with corrective actions, and implementing quality system enhancements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure supplier compliance and monitor their performance. 2. Contribute to the implementation and improvement of quality. 3. Develop and maintain a log of supplier best practices. Job Description and Detailed Activities * Assure supplier compliance to the Supplier Quality Manual and regulatory requirements. * Monitor and report supplier performance. * Collaborate with SDE on supplier qualification and disqualification. * Assist in communicating Corrective Action reports to internal and external customers. * Collaborate with QE on disposition of material rejected due to SCAR process. * Recommend and implement enhancements to the quality system that result in improved quality, increased customer satisfaction, and/or simplification of processes (Best Practices) to reduce costs. * Assist in the development of processes and procedures to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. * Provide technical support for and continually review processes, equipment and related operations. * Conduct PPAP validation, approve and support QE in interacting with suppliers to submit PPAP documents for new product launches to meet customer requirements including FMEAs, process flow diagrams, control plans, gauge R\&R and capability studies. * Knowledge of systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, and communicating to assist in resolving quality issues. * Assist in preparing work instructions, procedures and other quality system documents. * Follow up on monthly supplier metrics (OTD / PPM / FTQ). * Assist manufacturing plants with supplier visits / meetings when a major / critical / recurrent problem occurs. * Develop / Maintain Supplier Best Practices log for supplier sharing. * Assist in updating supplier contacts. * Follow up and control supplier parts regarding Conflict Minerals / REACH / RoHS / Prop 65. * Comply with internal regulations, policies and code of conduct of Human Resources.
