




Job Summary: Class V Operator responsible for product assembly, personnel training, production monitoring, and tracking of manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Description and details of responsibilities * The Class V Operator must possess detailed knowledge of assembly. * Capable of performing all assemblies across different production models. * Trains and certifies assemblers and machine operators within their assigned cells to accelerate their learning curve. * Tracks the training matrix for assemblers and production operators. * Monitors and records production data to ensure safety, quality, and productivity of the manufacturing process. * Reports any issues to production supervisors. * Fully responsible for the entire manufacturing process, including: proper operation of plant equipment, changeover of set\-up, finished product quality control testing, process troubleshooting, tracking raw material availability / material shortages, 5S implementation in the area, and safety. * Supervises machine performance to ensure all processes operate correctly and products are manufactured to specifications.
