Willingness to learn and positive attitude **Position: Chef Assistant** **✅ Basic Requirements** * Age: 18 years or older * Education: Culinary student or incomplete degree program * Minimum 6 months of experience in kitchen or fast-food environments * Flexible availability for work shifts * Good physical condition (standing for extended periods and working under pressure) **✅ Knowledge and Skills** * Basic food handling and hygiene standards * Ingredient preparation * Basic portion control * Support in food production and plating * Cleaning and organization of the work area * Teamwork * Speed and service-oriented attitude **Main Responsibilities** * Assist the chef with daily food preparation * Prepare ingredients (cutting, measuring, portioning) * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen * Conduct basic inventory checks * Meet quality standards and service time requirements **Desired Profile (particularly important in fast-food environments)** * Agile and organized individual * Responsible and punctual * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Capable of working under pressure during peak hours Salary: $10,497.00 - $15,713.89 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term employment contract Work Location: On-site employment
