This will be achieved through a holistic approach promoting stability, protection, and access to essential services, always aiming to strengthen family capacities and ensure their successful integration into the migration process. **Main Responsibilities:** 1. Directly accompany families by providing personalized follow-up, developing family development plans, and conducting periodic assessments to improve their well-being. 2. Train families in key areas such as health, education, employability, documentation, positive discipline, and caregiving practices. 3. Design and organize meal plans, create balanced menus, and manage purchases to ensure adequate nutrition. 4. Promote family autonomy by developing life plans, strengthening daily living skills, and facilitating access to employment and training. 5.
