This will be achieved through a holistic approach promoting stability, protection, and access to essential services, always aiming to strengthen family capacities and ensure their successful integration into the migration process. **Main Responsibilities:** 1. Directly accompany families by providing personalized follow-up, developing family development plans, and conducting periodic assessments to improve their well-being. 2. Train families in key areas such as health, education, employability, documentation, positive discipline, and caregiving practices. 3. Design and organize meal plans, create balanced menus, and manage purchases to ensure adequate nutrition. 4. Promote family autonomy by developing life plans, strengthening daily living skills, and facilitating access to employment and training. 5. Provide psychosocial support to families and children and adolescents on the move, strengthening their emotional well-being, adaptation to their environment, and community connections. · **Location:** Tijuana, Baja California · **Department:** FF Tijuana Program **Position Type:** Technical · **Work Mode:** On-site · **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Knowledge Required:** · Knowledge of child protection, human rights, and child safeguarding. · Experience in case management, migration procedures, and supporting families in mobility situations. · Expertise in violence prevention, emergency protocols, and crisis management. · Knowledge of psychosocial intervention models and comprehensive family development. · Familiarity with public policies and available social resources. · Skill in inter-institutional coordination and access to social, educational, and legal services. · Proficiency in database management and case tracking platforms. · Ability to write reports and manage social projects. · Experience in crisis intervention, negotiation, and conflict resolution. **Requirements:** · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social and Human Sciences, Pedagogy, or related fields.
