Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC programmer with experience in Mastercam and CNC milling machines/machining centers for part manufacturing and tool setup. Key Highlights: 1. Manufacturing parts from scratch 2. Tool setup and mechanical adjustments 3. Proficiency in Mastercam and ACURITE control **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC programmer. * Use and programming of the ***Mastercam*** software. * Experience operating CNC milling machines (***ACURITE control).*** * Experience operating 3-axis CNC machining centers. * Experience operating conventional lathes (Desirable/Optional). * Experience operating conventional surface grinders (Optional). * Familiarity with standard lathes (Optional). **Skills:** * Blueprint reading. * Manufacturing parts from scratch. * Tool setup and mechanical adjustments. * Knowledge of materials for identification and machining. * Use of measuring tools (vernier calipers, tape measures, squares, protractors). * Manual machine-side programming on ***ACURITE*** control. * Thread cutting development. **Attributes:** * Working safely. * Sense of urgency. * Responsibility. * Ability to adapt to work pace. * Willingness to learn new methods.
