Prepare the program's annual budget and ensure expenditures align with the program's annual plan. 2. Manage the budgets for SOS families and youth in the process of becoming self-sufficient. 3. Prepare and send to the national office information regarding budget execution and program beneficiaries. 4. Perform bank reconciliations. 5. Prepare accounting vouchers according to organizational standards. 6. Process payments and follow up with suppliers, including contractual obligations for goods and services, ensuring all supporting documents are attached and complete, in accordance with organizational policies. 7. Monitor used and unused receipt books and checkbooks within the program. 8. Maintain and update all accounting records and submit them to the National Office. 9. Manage the administrative processing of absences for technical and general services staff (vacations, disabilities, etc.). 11. Develop and monitor the preventive maintenance plan for the program’s physical infrastructure, including vehicles. 12. Prepare the monthly cash flow forecast and ensure financial and material resources are available to meet program needs. 13. Follow up and reconcile all invoices related to trainings, workshops, payments to specialists, external suppliers, and other activities. 14. Verify invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers to ensure expenses are appropriate and within budget limits, as well as confirm accuracy before processing payments. 15. Prepare and submit monthly reports on budget execution and program beneficiaries. 16. Review family accounts and assess the effective use of food supplies and family allowances, reporting any discrepancies or making recommendations when necessary. 17.
