**Position Objective:** We are seeking a motivated **Architectural Intern** with a willingness to learn and support the development of architectural projects. The selected candidate will work alongside our design and construction team on technical, creative, and administrative tasks related to architecture. **Responsibilities** * Assist in the preparation of architectural and construction drawings. * Perform 2D/3D modeling using specialized software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). * Participate in site visits for project monitoring. * Collaborate in researching materials, regulations, and construction solutions. * Prepare presentations, renders, or project boards. * Support the team in administrative tasks within the department. **Requirements** * Basic to intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software. * Ability to interpret architectural drawings. * Teamwork skills and good communication. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. **Desirable (not mandatory)** * Prior experience in an architectural firm, construction site, or professional internships. * Knowledge of rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, V\-Ray, etc.). * Proficiency in Office Suite and/or Adobe Creative Suite. **WE OFFER** \- Statutory vacations \- IMSS coverage from day one \- Fixed day off (Sundays) \- Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) \- Fixed work schedule \- Savings fund \- Monthly performance bonus \- Vacation premium \- All statutory benefits **Working Hours:** * Monday\-Friday: 7am\-4pm * Saturday: 7am\-12pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site
