PRIMARY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support activities related to the Department * Support the development of process changes and improvements * Participation and support in KAIZEN events and projects * Carry out various tasks from initiation to completion under moderate supervision * Formulate projects for each process or business unit within the company * Formulate short-, medium-, and long-term action plans * Assist in managing organizational and group operations to plan and implement necessary minor corrective actions to ensure ongoing compliance with policies and procedures * Promote and practice the Quality Management System to measure, control, and monitor the effectiveness of internal organizational processes and procedures EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS AND SKILLS \- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Required Education – Education required: Education: Currently pursuing a degree. *Bachelor Degree in process required.* Desirable Experience – Desirable experience: No prior experience required. Letter from academic institution authorizing Professional Internship or Professional Residency. Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
