We are a project focused on a cycling store, mechanical workshop, and indoor studio; therefore, this position combines administrative duties with customer service and daily operations. **Job Objective** To provide administrative support ensuring proper document management, basic financial control, and continuous tracking of internal information, contributing to the smooth operation and growth of the project. **Responsibilities** *Internal Administration and Control* * Organizing and updating physical and digital files * Preparing documentation for the accounting department * Drafting and managing invoices * Tracking customer and supplier payments * Basic cash control and report generation * Tracking debts and payment plans * Compliance with internal policies *Operations and Tracking* * Managing and tracking orders, merchandise, and quotations * Reviewing purchase status and orders * Managing shipments * Tracking workshop notes * Assisting in drafting administrative documents *Customer Service* * In-store customer service * Digital customer service (social media, messages, and emails) * Answering telephone calls * Providing general information about the store, studio, and workshop **Requirements** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative or operational roles (internships accepted) * Experience tracking processes or tasks (e.g., orders, records, information control, or similar) * Ability to organize information and follow up on pending items until resolution * Ability to work in a dynamic environment that combines operations, administration, and customer service * Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and customers * Basic proficiency with digital tools (email, Excel, or similar) * Willingness to learn about store, workshop, and cycling operations, as such knowledge is essential for success in this role * This position requires an operations-focused individual: order tracking, process control, and daily organizational skills **Working Conditions** * On-site work (Monday to Saturday) * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * 1-hour lunch break (with option to leave or rest) * Flexible schedule (ideal for students) * 3-month probationary period * Contract begins in the first week * Starting salary of $3,000 during probationary period * Salary increase to $4,000 after probationary period * Performance-based advancement opportunities at 3, 6, and 12 months * Weekly payment (Saturdays) **Benefits** * Access to the indoor studio and shower facilities * Employee discount on cycling products * Integration into a growing sports project * Dynamic and collaborative work environment Salary: Starting at $3,000.00 per week Benefits: * Salary increases * Complimentary beverages * Employee discounts * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Medical expense insurance * Gym membership Application Question(s): * Briefly describe how you organize your tasks when handling multiple pending items simultaneously. * Have you tracked orders, customers, or processes?
