* English: intermediate level (50% in listening comprehension, conversation, reading, and writing).
* MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Basic knowledge of commerce and introduction to international trade.
* Familiar with the **names and uses of Mexico\-U.S. export documents** (Invoice, Packing List, Carta Porte, Pedimento).
* Understands the term **EXW** and basic **INCOTERMS**.
* Understands **fundamental concepts for customer registration** (RFC, address, contact information).
* Has **attention to detail in documentation** (currency, weight, tax information, etc.).
**Education**
* High school diploma (mandatory).
* Preferred: Bachelor's degree completed.
