




Job Description and Activity Details **Mission.** Plan, organize, supervise and actively participate in all warehousing and material flow operations and activities. Lead action plans for continuous improvement and guide the work team to achieve and sustain key performance and behavioral indicators. **Responsibilities.** 1\. Monitor occupational health and safety practices among staff, improve and maintain safe, clean and organized storage conditions (SafetyFirst). 2\. Empower the team to make correct decisions through clear instructions, with a customer service focus. 3\. Direct, Supervise and Train personnel under your responsibility according to career development plans. Evaluate employee performance, assign tasks according to shift conditions, emergencies or scheduled actions. 4\. Ensure proper execution of material receiving, storage, supply to production lines, returns to warehouse, and plant inventory control processes; 5\. Monitor system operations, lead and conduct audits for your team leaders and warehouse clerks. 6\. Actively participate in the development of procedures, visual aids, personnel certifications, and operation manuals. Keep your entire team properly trained. 7\. Ensure optimal distribution and use of equipment and tools for timely and accurate material transactions and supply. 8\. Manage human resources: 50+ associates. **Authorities:** 1\. Verify and approve the creation and modifications of procedures. 2\. Pause or stop any process or machinery that poses a risk to personnel safety, product quality, or facilities. 3\. Implement administrative, corrective, and preventive actions in case of violations of internal work regulations. Experience and Requirements * 3 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor in the manufacturing industry. * Education: Industrial Engineering or related field. * Desired: Six Sigma Green Belt / project management. * Conversational English * Energetic in implementing improvements. * Leadership skills to manage +50 associates in changing environments. * Availability to rotate shifts every 6 months: First shift (6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday).
