Description and details of activities The EMI complaints supervisor role is responsible for investigation activities related to infusion pumps and monitoring devices. This role supports the management of an engineering and analyst team and is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of processes associated with complaint investigations requiring failure analysis of infusion systems, monitoring devices, and returned components from service operations. Has substantial knowledge of work processes and tools within their own area. Applies knowledge to solve standard and non-standard problems within their own area. This position will be responsible for ensuring that MMS infusion complaints comply with MDSAP and FDA (or primary regulations of their respective countries) through the implementation of an effective investigation process.
