




Description and details of activities Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all building facilities and services through preventive and corrective maintenance. **Main responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on building installations and infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning, structures, etc.) * Interact with and supervise suppliers * Support renovation projects, installation, and repair of physical spaces. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify areas for improvement in the building. * Perform diagnostics, repairs, and replacement of electrical and mechanical components. * Detect equipment failures and propose technical solutions.
