




We are looking for a Chef with experience and passion for cooking, responsible for ensuring the production, quality, flavor, and presentation of dishes, as well as the proper operation and coordination of the kitchen area. Responsibilities: * Supervise daily kitchen production, ensuring quality and flavor in each dish. * Directly prepare dishes according to established recipes and standards. * Coordinate and lead kitchen staff, assigning tasks and monitoring timing. * Take and manage orders during service. * Create and develop new dishes and recipes. * Maintain and reinforce quality, hygiene, and organization standards in the kitchen. * Control shrinkage and waste. * Place orders for supplies and food. * Manage and control inventories. * Cost recipes and dishes. * Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and utensils.
