Job Summary: Grupo Cantera is seeking an experienced Line Cook A to prepare food, maintain the workstation, and collaborate with the kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare food according to recipes and the Chef's specifications 2. Maintain a clean and organized workstation 3. We are currently seeking the following position: **LINE COOK A** Requirements: Experience: 2 years in a similar role **Responsibilities:** * Prepare food according to standardized recipes and the Chef's or Kitchen Manager's specifications. * Perform mise en place and necessary pre-service preparations. * Cook and plate dishes while adhering to timing, portioning, and quality standards. * Keep workstation and equipment clean and organized. * Follow hygiene and food safety regulations throughout the entire process. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain operational flow. * Report any issues regarding supplies, equipment, or working conditions to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in inventory rotation and control within your area. * Assist in training helpers or new staff when requested. **Schedule:** Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. Sundays off. **We Offer:** Salary: $12,000 to $13,000 net monthly, commensurate with experience Statutory benefits from the first day of employment Uniforms **Work Location:** Park Plaza Santa Fe, Av.
