Description JOB SUMMARY Provide direct technical support to the Account Executives team, sales representatives, and yearbook customers, assisting with the use of the company's proprietary publishing software, delivering software support, and resolving technical inquiries. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Become trained and proficient in the company's proprietary publishing software. Collaborate closely and communicate daily with the Account Executives team to support the completion of yearbook projects. Use company software to configure, upload specific files and content, and organize pages in preparation for the printing process. Respond to customer inquiries. Coordinate system updates as needed. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Technical degree or incomplete degree in Information Systems or related field. Two years of experience in a similar role providing technical support. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google tools. Knowledge of graphics and multimedia software is a plus. Customer service/account management experience.
