




Requirements: \*High school diploma, TSU or Bachelor's degree (can be incomplete) \* Advanced Excel, Office, macro programming, WMS usage \*GPS systems. \*Communication, active listening, frustration tolerance, discipline. Track in a timely manner company-owned and third-party units according to control tower guidelines and protocols to meet the services required by the company and maintain a high service level for customers. 1\. Fill out daily logs and travel schedules. 2\. Record and report incidents during transit. 3\. Notify status (arrivals, departures, arrivals at destination, completions, detours, PNA, mechanical failures, flat tires, accidents, slow traffic, etc.) 4\. Apply security protocols (theft and location tracking) following established guidelines. 5\. Identify risk zones and apply traffic restrictions. 6\. Provide transportation lines with nationwide destination routes. 7\. Monitor alarms and execute shutdowns in risk zones through the internal satellite platform. 8\. Reconcile daily cargo scheduling with traffic via conference calls during shift changes. 9\. Hand over pending tasks to the next shift through the physical logbook. 10\. Compare day-to-day trip scheduling records using the full visibility database and ensure correct data entry and status updates. 11\. Record tracking information for all out-of-state trips via fullvisibility, including location and coordinates. 12\. Report trip statuses daily to clients at 8am, 12pm, and 4pm via WhatsApp and email. 13\. Send daily travel status reports to asset management at 6am and 8pm via WhatsApp. 14\. Attend meetings via video call when operational needs arise. 15\. Cover assigned shift (check-in and check-out). 16\. Perform any additional operational tasks as they arise.
