Job Summary: We are seeking an Electronic Services Operator to monitor alarms and closed-circuit television systems, with knowledge of monitoring software and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to labor equality and non-discrimination Staff Req. 30929 We are looking for an: Electronic Services Operator Education: Completed Technical Degree in Computing, Electronics or related field (Certificate required) Experience: Minimum 1–3 years as an Alarm Monitoring Center Operator. Knowledge: Proficiency in monitoring software (Alarms / Closed-Circuit Television), form handling and completion, customer service, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Availability for: Rotating shifts.
