Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineering Bachelor's degree holder or related field with experience in blueprint interpretation, construction site control and supervision, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and software proficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and teamwork in construction project management. 2. Supervision of steel and concrete structure assembly. 3. Knowledge of technical regulations and key software tools. CIVIL ENGINEERING BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR RELATED FIELD RESPONSIBILITIES 1.- BLUEPRINT INTERPRETATION: Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. 2.- CONSTRUCTION SITE CONTROL: Budget management, inputs, and materials. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. 3.- SUPERVISION OF STEEL AND CONCRETE STRUCTURE ASSEMBLY: Basic knowledge of steel and concrete structure assembly. Reading of shop drawings and assembly drawings. 4.- QUALITY SUPERVISION: Basic knowledge of welding and bolted connections. Ensuring transportation, assembly, and finishing processes. 5.- REGULATIONS AND SAFETY: Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) and construction technical regulations. 6.- SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY: Tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Trimble Connect. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: 27 years or older Knowledge: Leadership, teamwork, construction site control, budget management, civil engineering, MEP systems, blueprint interpretation, materials, civil works, construction processes, construction supervision Willingness to travel: Yes
