Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform bank reconciliations, review customer accounts receivable, manage the SAT portal, and register income. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in bank reconciliations and CFDI 2. Handling of the SAT portal and income registration 3. Knowledge of financial statements and Microsoft Office suite -Bank reconciliations -Review of Customer Accounts Receivable -Knowledge of the SAT portal -Knowledge of CFDI downloads and reconciliation -Knowledge of cash collected -Knowledge of CFDI issuance -Income-related items: Payment supplements, credit notes -Knowledge of cash closing procedures -Knowledge of reconciling SAT income reports with accounting records -Knowledge of income registration -Knowledge of recording and processing customer advances -Knowledge of financial statements -Microsoft Office suite proficiency -Experience with RP or accounting systems (Intelesis preferred). -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Knowledge areas: Accounts receivable, Bank reconciliations, Financial statements, Tax settlements, Microsoft Office, Credit notes, SAT Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant accountant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, accountant, paymaster, controller, accountant, billing specialist, treasurer, accountant
