Job Summary: Responsible for directing, coordinating, and executing inspection and supervision functions to safeguard corporate assets and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate the supervision of corporate assets. 2. Ensure compliance with policies, manuals, and regulations. 3. Supervise security personnel and surveillance operations. Direct, coordinate, and execute surveillance, inspection, and control functions to safeguard the company's corporate assets. Responsible for ensuring compliance with the company's policies, manuals, and regulations, in accordance with the Code of Ethics, within assigned areas of responsibility. Responsible for supervising the performance of duties, processes, and schedules of subordinate staff, assigning, distributing, and coordinating security personnel across all designated areas (cashier stations, sales floor). Supervise that personnel entering stores wear and use uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and in good condition (vest, helmet, belt, boots).
