




Job Summary: We are seeking an Application Support Agent to serve as the first point of contact for users, providing assistance, resolving issues, and tracking tickets at Terminal Logistics. Conducting demonstrations or training sessions for customers Terminal Logistics is seeking an **APPLICATION SUPPORT AGENT.** **Work Location:** AIFA Airport. We are looking for a candidate with knowledge in information technology, application development, and support, who will serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external users: * Customer service and issue resolution: Provide first-level support to customers using various applications and software programs; resolve first-tier issues or, where necessary, classify and route more complex requests to the appropriate personnel. * Customer follow-up to track support or application development tickets. * Properly document support requests and resolutions. * Conduct scheduled demonstrations or training sessions for customers regarding relevant updates. Requirements: * Basic knowledge of application development and technical support. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Minimum Education: Completed high school diploma; Technical degree in computing or related field; Incomplete Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in systems or related field; Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in systems or related field. * Flexible availability for shift work.
