Summary: The Salesforce Architect designs scalable, customer-centric solutions for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, leading integrations and driving Agile delivery within a global Center of Excellence. Highlights: 1. Shape enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture and development. 2. Lead integrations and drive Agile delivery with cross-functional teams. 3. Expert in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud platforms. Primary Purpose: The Salesforce Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the enterprise\-wide architecture and development of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud within the global Salesforce Center of Excellence. Reporting to the Sr. Manager and Architect – Global MTS Applications, this position is responsible for designing scalable, customer\-centric solutions, leading integrations with external systems, and driving Agile delivery in collaboration with cross\-functional teams. The architect also oversees the development team, ensuring successful execution of projects and ongoing support initiatives. Responsibilities: Architect, design, code, and implement new features and functionalities on the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud platform following Clarios SFDC development standards and Experience Cloud best practices, making sure they are scalable. Develop custom solutions on the Salesforce \\ platform, including custom pages, components, and integrations with other systems using web services and APIs. Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces using Salesforce native functionality and Experience Cloud components, design guidelines, and responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing across different devices when needed. Serve as the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud technical expert Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and support ongoing maintenance and updates as L3 Support. Mentor the support team in resolving complex issues. Use version control systems (GIT) and DevOps tools (Copado) and participate in code reviews of vendor written code. Work with business owners, designers, and other developers to gather requirements, providing technical expertise and translating them into well\-architected solutions and technical design documentation. Determine the appropriate approach to manage CMS content supporting multiple languages Analyze requirements to determine an appropriate solution design considering capabilities, limitations and design trade\-offs. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities with internal clients. Continuous learning of new technical and product capabilities of Salesforce Experience Cloud, inclusive of keeping apprised of updates in each release as well as industry best practices with web development Qualifications Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities/Experience Cloud Extensive development knowledge and ability to write clean code using Apex, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, leveraging frameworks like Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lighting Web Runtime (LWR) for advanced UI features is essential. Extensive development knowledge specifically around server\-side and client\-side JavaScript including other web\-related technologies such as HTML, CSS, JSON, jQuery, Nodejs, web analytics, XML, web services (SOAP/REST), and open\-source packages/libraries. Familiarity with Copado, Git, CI/CD processes, and Agile methodologies Expert in Lightning Design System, Lightning Web Components, and Flows Knowledge of Responsive Design web development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design systems such as SLDS, Bootstrap, and Material Design Proficient in Salesforce development, including Salesforce CLI (DX IDE), DevOps tools (Copado), SOSL, SOQL, web services, app builder, and Experience Builder Experience: 8\+ years in Salesforce Cloud platform development and architecture. Experience designing and implementing Salesforce and portal solutions with proven experience with web development principles Knowledge of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and expertise in scalable web\-based application architecture and design. 5\+ years of experience managing and running cross functional teams/leading projects. Soft Skills: Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot any type of issue. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet firm deadlines within a rapidly changing environment. Strong written \& verbal communications skills. Excellent English communication skills, able to understand and compose English documents.
