Customer support and basic technical advice on products We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Executive, capable of developing and maintaining commercial relationships with construction-sector clients, promoting the sale of ready-mix concrete, ensuring achievement of targets, customer satisfaction, and sustainable portfolio growth. Responsibilities: - Prospect new customers (construction companies, contractors, developers, individuals). - Manage and follow up on the active customer portfolio. - Follow up through to sale closure. - Coordinate with production, logistics, and administration departments to ensure correct product delivery. - Provide customer support and basic technical advice on products. - Achieve monthly sales and collection targets. - Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree * Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (construction sector, building materials, etc. preferred) * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Results-oriented with strong target-achievement focus * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Valid driver’s license * Flexible working hours available Salary: $7,702.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
