Important international company, due to expansion, is seeking: DATA AND SUPPORT MANAGER Desirable knowledge and experience using tools such as Python/R (programming languages), Excel, Power BI (visualization tools)/Tableau to create clear dashboards and reports, alongside solid business domain knowledge to interpret results and deliver valuable insights. Academic profile: Bachelor’s or Engineer’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field. 3 years of experience as IT Manager (data analysis and interpretation, as well as technical support). Extract, clean, and analyze data. Obtain data from diverse sources (databases, sensors, surveys) using statistical techniques. Present systematically organized information and findings for convenient use by various interested departments, eliminating errors and duplicates to support decision-making. Analyze large volumes of data. Use various programs and/or automation tools (Excel, Power BI, among others). Ensure databases and data collection systems operate correctly, thereby optimizing the technological infrastructure. Create manuals for potential technical incidents, documenting the resolution protocol according to each case. Reference the technical issue and resolve it immediately. Resolve technical incidents by providing immediate follow-up and resolution for customer requests involving hardware, software, accounts, and network issues. Guarantee proper operation across all work centers. Maintain systems in optimal condition by planning ongoing maintenance or updates as needed. Ensure optimal infrastructure performance. Guarantee the security of company-managed information. Plan, propose, and implement security and protection measures for data generated across different departments. Safeguard company and employee systems, data, and information—including, in some cases, sensitive information.
