Proficiency in making dough from scratch. Experience in production (chopping, pomodoro sauce preparation, mise en place). Knowledge of product labeling and rotation. Flexible availability of working hours. Residence within no more than 1 hour from Coyoacán Center. Strong sense of responsibility and work commitment.
