




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced invoicing specialist to prepare, review, and send invoices; validate tax-related data; manage information; and provide customer service. Focus on attention to detail and organization in tax management. **Requirements:** * Education: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in economics/administration or technical high school diploma (administration, accounting, or finance) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in invoicing * Employment certificates / letters of recommendation from the last two employers * Employment stability **Knowledge:** * Office (Excel), Outlook * **ASPEL SAE mandatory** * Electronic invoicing (CFDI) and invoicing portals * Google Drive **Responsibilities:** * Preparation, review, and sending of invoices * Validation of tax-related data and CFDI * Information management in Excel * Reconciliation of invoices, payments, and sales orders * Handling of credit notes, cancellations, and re-invoicing * Preparation of reports and support for monthly closings * Customer service and follow-up **Skills:** * Attention to detail * Organization and data entry speed * Customer service orientation * Teamwork, honesty, and confidentiality **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $12,000 net * Statutory benefits * Work schedule from Monday to Friday * Half-day Saturday (occasional) Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing Workplace: On-site employment
