Job Objective Supervise the construction, cabling, and equipment installation of the new unified network room (IT/OT). Ensure compliance with quality standards, industrial safety requirements, and delivery schedules. Required Technical Profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Systems, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience supervising technological or industrial construction projects. Industrial Networks: Solid knowledge of IT network topologies and OT automation. Structured Cabling: Experience with copper cabling (Cat6A/7\) and optical fiber (single-mode/multi-mode). Certifications (Preferred): CCNA. Key Responsibilities Construction Supervision: Verify installation of conduits, racks, UPS systems, and air conditioning units. Quality Control: Inspect cable dressing, termination, and labeling of structured cabling. Testing and Handover: Validate network node certifications using Fluke test equipment. Vendor Management: Coordinate contractors and ensure adherence to the project schedule. Safety: Ensure all work complies with industrial safety standards (PPE). Soft Skills Assertive communication.
